When the stakes are high, views on issues often become strongly polarized. It is common for a collision of worldviews to be lived out every day – in our personal life, in the organizations where we’re working and in our social systems.

How do we have the conversations we need in a way that honours these differences while transforming them into progress?

Worldview Intelligence offers a value neutral, structured approach to explore individual and collective assumptions, beliefs and value systems. The exploration generates innovative thinking, different conversations and new connections.

A deeper understanding of worldview, how worldviews are developed and why understanding them and growing the skill to work with them is essential to creating a fundamentally different environment for some of our most needed and challenging conversations.

We´re inviting Leaders, HR- and Diversity-Managers, Intercultural Strategists, Facilitators to investigate new practical ways of getting unstuck and moving forward, to shift from adversarial debates to solution-based conversations, build points of connection among groups and individuals and see hidden patterns and unwritten norms that are impacting the ability to move forward.

Kathy Jourdain and Jerry Nagel are pioneering Worldview Intelligence™, an approach to leadership development, conflict resolution and innovation that has been well received by business, not-for-profit, community and government groups in Canada, the U.S., Europe and Australia.

Jerry received his PhD from Tilburg University in the Netherlands in 2015, and his research and dissertation form a strong foundation for the Worldview Intelligence work. Kathy and Jerry are both practitioners and stewards of the Art of Hosting Conversations that Matter and have been consulting and training together since 2011.
